Sadie Elbert, LISW

Sadie Elbert is a licensed independent social worker and certified sex therapist providing individual and partnered therapy services. She specializes in treating desire discrepancies, infidelity, sexual dysfunction, sexual trauma, paraphilias, sex addiction, out of control sexual behaviors, sexual offending, and mental health conditions including but not limited to PTSD, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. She employs treatment modalities such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, IPSRT, among others. Sadie’s background includes community mental health services, crisis intervention, sexual assault victim/survivor advocacy, domestic violence, counseling, research and more.

Sadie collaborates with clients to identify and pursue their own unique goals. She provides trauma-informed, intersectional, neurodiversity-affirming, queer-affirming, sex-positive, and kink-positive services. Sadie approaches clients with cultural humility and curiosity, as clients are the experts in their own lives. 

Sadie also provides telehealth services and is licensed to practice in both IA and NE.
